Retailers and Resellers
Approved retailers and resellers may qualify for wholesale pricing and, where appropriate, online ordering access.
This includes swim shops, triathlon stores, outdoor retailers, aquatic retailers, resort shops, online retailers, and other businesses purchasing Open Water products for resale.
Smaller opening orders may be considered for approved retail partners, especially when testing new products or adding Open Water gear to an existing product mix.
Clubs, Events, Teams, and Organizations
Clubs, teams, camps, events, aquatic programs, resorts, and organizations may qualify for group-order or volume pricing on larger orders.
As a general guideline, group-order pricing usually begins at approximately 25 units or more, depending on the product mix, timing, customization needs, and shipping destination.
Smaller orders may still be considered where there is a strong fit with the Open Water brand or an ongoing relationship, but standard retail pricing may apply.
For custom-branded products, event merchandise, or special sourcing requests, higher minimum quantities may apply.
Group and event orders are well suited for:

Account Approval
Wholesale and group-order pricing access is not automatic. Applications are reviewed based on business type, intended use, order size, product interest, location, timing, and fit with the Open Water brand.
Once approved, we will follow up with pricing, ordering options, and next steps.

- You can then submit order requests for product availability, pricing, shipping, and invoicing confirmation.

Interested retailers, resellers, clubs, events, teams, camps, aquatic programs, resorts, and organizations can apply below. Approved retail accounts may receive wholesale pricing and, where appropriate, online ordering access. Group, event, and custom orders may be quoted separately depending on quantity, timing, product mix, customization needs, and shipping destination.
Retailers purchasing for resale may be asked to provide resale or PST documentation before wholesale pricing or provincial sales tax treatment is applied. GST/HST and other applicable taxes will be charged as required.
