Shipping Policy
Open Water offers carrier-calculated shipping rates at checkout via Canada Post, UPS, and Purolator. Shipping costs are based on the service selected, package weight, and your location. Your total shipping charges will be automatically calculated during checkout prior to completing your order.
Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 (before applicable taxes) within Canada, excluding the Territories (Yukon, NWT, and Nunavut).
Domestic Shipping (Canada) Orders are processed once payment authorization and verification have been obtained. Estimated delivery times vary by service selected at checkout:
- Standard (Regular Parcel): 6–8 business days
- Expedited Parcel: 3–5 business days
- Xpresspost: 2–3 business days
- Purolator Ground: 3–5 business days
- Purolator Express: 1–2 business days
Please allow an additional 2–3 business days for deliveries to P.O. boxes and up to 14 business days for remote locations.
International Shipping We ship internationally via Canada Post. Estimated delivery times vary by destination and service selected at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. Open Water has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Shipping Carriers Domestic orders ship via Canada Post, UPS, or Purolator. International orders ship via Canada Post or UPS.
Delays Open Water depends on its delivery partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your merchandise. We are not responsible for delivery delays resulting from inclement weather, parcel volume, or labour disputes. Our carriers deliver on business days only, excluding holidays.
